   Is Shipping really FREE on everything?  
  Yes, shipping is FREE on every item being shipped in the Contiguous United States (not Alaska and Hawaii).  The price you see is the price you pay*.  Although shipping is free on all purchases, you may incur shipping and restocking fees if you cancel your order after it ships.   Please view our Return PolicyIn order to offer free shipping to our customers we ship our beds via freight companies, which offer "curbside delivery".  If you would like to add inside delivery to your order please contact us for more information.

*some orders are subject to sales tax

 
     
   What happens if my bed or futon is damaged?  
  Please do not accept delivery of any items that appear to be damaged.  Simply notify the delivery person that the order is damaged and refuse delivery.  Contact us, and we will replace your damaged order ASAP.  If you notice that your order is damaged after accepting delivery, please fill our replacement form and fax it back to us. You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of the receipt of your order.  Please include detailed information about the damages and the parts which need replacement.  Upon receipt of your replacement request form we will ship out your replacement part or parts FREE OF CHARGE.  Please note that replacement orders ship out about 5-7 days after receipt of your replacement form.  
     
   How long until I receive my order?  
  All in-stock items ship out in 3-4 days. Please check here to see if the bed or futon you like is in stock.  The actual shipping time varies from 3-14 business days depending on the shipping distance (most orders are shipped from CA).  
     
   What happens after I order?  
  After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation of the items ordered, the price charged, and your shipping address.  After approximately 4 days we will send an email containing the name of the shipping company, a tracking number, and directions for tracking the status of your order shipment online or by telephone.  Please allow 4 business days after placing your order to receive a tracking number..  
     
   What is your return policy?  
  Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you want to return your bed or futon..

We will refund the cost of the returned items minus any shipping & handling fees, including shipping costs to return items to us. In addition, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee assessed to receive, inspect, and re-package your return.

Returned merchandise should be completely intact and packaged in its original packing materials. Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem.

Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount (less all accumulated shipping and restocking fees).
 
     
   What is your privacy policy?  
  Your privacy is our priority! Your personal information and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order. Please be assured that any payment information you submit will be transmitted via a secure site using SSL encryption (industry standard security).

For security purposes, credit card numbers are never stored on a system that is connected to the Internet. We will not, under any circumstances, sell your personal information to third parties.

The information given to us by our customers is used ONLY to fulfill orders and communicate with them about their orders or financing requests.

We observe the same policies on all data shared with us by our customers, either by telephone, instant messaging, e-mail or facsimile.

We do not share, trade or sell our customers' information with third parties for promotional purposes. When necessary, customer information will be shared with one or more third parties for the purpose of credit card authorizations, financing applications, order fulfillment and delivery fulfillment.
 
     
   Does your site have a secure server for online credit card purchases?  
  Yes, our website uses the highest level of security with all credit card purchases.  
     
   How will my order ship?  
  Orders ship out in approximately 2-3 business days unless they are out-of-stock.  Please click here for our stock sheet.  *Please note: Inventory changes daily and stock sheet may be incorrect.

We use the following shipping companies:  America West, R&L Carriers, UPS, Fed Ex, and Airborne Express. Shipping times vary from 3 to 14 business days depending on how far the merchandise is being shipped from our warehouses.

Someone must be present to sign for the merchandise and to take it inside when your order is delivered to your home.  Arrangements may be made with the shipping company for a convenient delivery time.

When your order arrives, please check the boxes carefully and refuse delivery if you find damaged or incorrect items in your shipment. Please notify us immediately if you find undetected damaged parts once your order has been signed for and delivered. Our manufacturers will ship out replacement parts ASAP for all damaged items, but they require notification of the damage no later than 7 days after the delivery date in order to do so.

The shipping company is only responsible for shipping the order to your residence.  If you live on an upper floor in an apartment complex, please be prepared to take possession of your order on the ground floor level and move it upstairs.  Shipping personnel may not carry the shipment upstairs, take it inside the residence or assemble the merchandise.

All merchandise purchased on our website is shipped to your residence free of charge.  However, orders that are canceled after shipment will incur shipping fees (both to and from your residence) and restocking fees.  Please make sure we have the correct address for shipment.  If you supply us with the wrong address, or if your address changes after the order has shipped, shipping fees may be incurred.

   What is your lowest price guarantee?  
  We are so confident that we are offering the lowest prices on all of our beds and futons, that if you find an item that we sell advertised on another website for less money, we will beat their price by $5.00.  Please remember that we do not charge shipping on any of our merchandise, so competitors prices must include the purchase price and any shipping costs to be considered for this guarantee..
