Please download and fill out one of
the replacement request forms below and fax it back to
760-806-1014. You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of
the receipt of your order to ensure order of a free replacement.
Please include detailed information about the damages and the
parts which need replacement. Upon receipt of your
replacement request form we will arrange for the shipment of
your replacement part or parts FREE OF CHARGE.
Please note that replacement orders ship out about 5-7 days
after receipt of your replacement form.
