Terms and Conditions of Sale
FastFurnishings and its affiliates provide their services to
you subject to the following conditions. By visiting,
shopping, or making a purchase with FastFurnishings or
affiliated sites you accept these conditions.
Payment
Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express credit cards through our
website. In addition, we offer customers the
option to pay via money order, cashiers check, and personal
check.
Payment Policy: Credit cards are billed immediately
upon submission of online orders.
Shipping
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping in the
Continental United States on everything we sell.
Alaska and Hawaii residents please contact us for a shipping
quote. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
and 15% restocking fee for
returned merchandise. Please view
our Return Policy for more information.
Orders ship out in approximately 2-3
business days unless they are out-of-stock. Please click
here
for our stock sheet. *Please note: Inventory
changes daily and stock sheet may be incorrect.
We use the following shipping
companies:
America West, R&L Carriers, UPS, Fed Ex, and Airborne Express. Shipping times
vary from 3 to 14 business days depending on how far the
merchandise is being shipped from our warehouse.
Our Free Shipping covers shipping the
order to your residence. If you live on an upper floor in an
apartment complex, please be prepared to take possession of
your order on the ground floor level and move it upstairs.
Shipping personnel may not carry the shipment upstairs, take
it inside the residence, or assemble the merchandise.
Correct Address:
Please make sure we have
your correct shipping address. If you supply us with
the wrong address, or if your address changes after the
order has shipped, shipping fees may be incurred
Damages/Free Replacement: We provide Free
replacements for any damaged merchandise ordered from our
site. Customer must notify us within 7 days following the
delivery of the order to qualify them
for a free replacement.
Return of Damaged Merchandise: Please do not return
damaged merchandise that is being replaced under the
conditions of our Damages/Free Replacement Policy. In
most cases it is not cost effective to return damaged goods.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred on
returned merchandise, even damaged merchandise.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you
wish to cancel your order. Customers are refunded the
entire amount of the purchase price when they cancel their
order before it ships (Orders cancellations can take up to
48 hours to process, so if you want to cancel your order, be
sure to cancel it right away to avoid shipping and
restocking fees). Customer is responsible
for all shipping costs incurred and a 15% restocking fee for
orders canceled after being shipped. This includes
orders that are still in transit.
Damages/Free Replacement: We provide FREE
replacements for all merchandise delivered to the customer
in damaged condition. Customer must notify us within 7 days following the
delivery of the order to qualify them
for a free replacement.

return damaged merchandise that is being replaced under the
conditions of our Damages/Free Replacement Policy.

Out of Stock: If the product you ordered is out of
stock or has been discontinued and you wish to cancel your
order, please contact us immediately. Customers are
refunded the entire amount of the purchase price when they
cancel their order before it ships.
Refund & Return Policy
Limited Refund Policy: Customers are refunded the
entire amount of the purchase price when they cancel their
order before it ships. If the correct order is
delivered and there are no defects in materials or
workmanship, but is disliked or not wanted for any reason,
the customer has 7 days following delivery to return it. The
customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the
merchandise back to the manufacturer. Once the order is
returned to the manufacturer, inspected, and determined to
be in like new condition, we will refund the purchase price,
less:
-A 15% restocking fee
-Outbound Freight Charges
-Return Freight Charges

Wrong Order Received:
Please contact us immediately if you receive something
other than what you ordered. We will arrange to have
the incorrect item picked up at our expense and ship out the
correct order ASAP.
Privacy Policy Your privacy is our priority! Your
personal information and your order will be kept confidential
and used only to process your order. Please be assured that
any payment information you submit will be transmitted via a
secure site using SSL encryption (industry standard security).
For security purposes, credit card numbers are never stored on
a system that is connected to the Internet. We will not, under
any circumstances, sell your personal information to third
parties.
The information given to us by our customers is used ONLY to
fulfill orders and communicate with them about their orders or
financing requests.
We observe the same policies on all data shared with us by our
customers, either by telephone, instant messaging, e-mail or
facsimile.
We do not share, trade or sell our customers' information with
third parties for promotional purposes. When necessary,
customer information will be shared with one or more third
parties for the purpose of credit card authorizations,
financing applications, order fulfillment and delivery
